1 Ton of gravel covers approximately: 240 square feet – 1″ deep. 120 square feet – 2″ deep. 80 square feet – 3″ deep.

Pea gravel, which is the smallest type of river rock, has many uses.  Mix of stones 1/4in. to 1/2in. in size.

It's often used to create gravel paths and walkways, playgrounds, driveways, and dog runs. Pea gravel can also be used as mulch since it prevents the growth of weeds, controls moisture, and lasts longer than traditional mulch.
